Introducing DNA sequencing. Using the ITS1F and ITS4R primer set combined with Nanopore sequencing, we can tell you exactly what fungal pathogens your plant has, and how much is there. This lab-based approach offers a more in-depth alternative to the PathoBox. However, please allow for up to 2 weeks between sample submission and results.
